Wes grew up in the Texas hill country, spending as much time as possible at his grandmother’s house on Lake LBJ. He attended Le Cordon Bleu school of culinary arts, earning his degree and ultimately opening his own food truck. Wes and his wife, Cheyenne, love to travel abroad, experiencing different cultures and food. Wes is excited to be a part of a team that values the ocean, fisherman, and the chefs that bring it all together for our customers to experience.  

Fun fact: Wes is also a certified SDI Dive Master.
