Jay Yates brings more than 30 years of sales, distribution, and leadership experience to the Floribbean team. A Minnesota native, Jay spent five years as a college quarterback before beginning his professional career. His business career has included leadership roles with Food Services of America, Pacific Seafood, Allied Building Products, and Ocean Beauty Seafoods. Jay is passionate about servant leadership, developing high-performing teams, building lasting customer relationships, and creating profitable growth.
