Jonathan Black

Jonathan Black is currently the President and CEO of Floribbean in South Florida. Before taking on this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Purchasing Manager and Sales Account Manager directly responsible for the company’s wide scale increase in sales, technology upgrades, and sustainable and fair-trade initiatives.  

Before joining Floribbean in 2017, Jonathan served in the United States Navy as an F/A-18 fighter pilot, amassing 300 aircraft carrier arrested landings while leading over 130 highly qualified and trained professionals. He received multiple awards such as Squadron Strike Fighter Pilot of the year 2010, Airwing Instructor of the Year 2013, Training Wing Landing Signals Officer of the Year 2014. He is also a proud 2004 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he also played football. Jon is married to Jenn Black and has a daughter and son.

Fun Fact: Jon is an avid fisherman and once traveled all the way to Canada for a fishing excursion.
